At TitanChef we believe that truly enjoying cooking starts with the right choices in the kitchen. We started out of a shared passion for health and mindful living. While many people cook on plastic and wooden cutting boards every day, we discovered how many microplastics and bacteria are released in the process. We wanted to change that.

Our mission is simple: to develop a cutting board that is healthier, more durable and more hygienic. No microplastics, no harmful substances, just pure stainless steel that lasts for years. That way we contribute not only to your health, but also to a world with less waste.

How it began.

THE START OF OUR ADVENTURE
Two friends, one shared passion.
We are Jordy & Mees. We met at secondary school, where a friendship began that would later become the foundation for something special.
When our paths crossed again, we combined our passion for health and fitness. The result: the TitanChef cutting board, designed to make cooking healthier, more hygienic and more sustainable.

OUR PROBLEM IN THE KITCHEN
The reality of plastic and wood.
More and more often we saw in the news how harmful microplastics are to our health. And when we then looked around the kitchen, there was often that same familiar cutting board: a plastic board full of scratches or a wooden board with stains and deep cut marks.
We realised this problem is everywhere. For us it was clear: this had to change.

The launch
The first TitanChef cutting board officially went live. Our idea became reality: a cutting board that makes cooking healthier and more sustainable, and it sold out completely within 5 days.

Our own packaging
This is when TitanChef really started to take shape. We developed our first own packaging and took the step from idea to brand.
It was the start of a process of continuous improvement and development.

In February 2025 we gave TitanChef new packaging: sleek, professional and instantly recognisable.
From this moment TitanChef was not only a stronger brand, the cutting board itself was also exactly as we had envisioned it.

We keep developing and listening to our customers' feedback. That is why on 22 April 2025 we introduced a new cutting board with a handy raised rim that keeps juices on the board and an anti-slip layer so it does not move while you cut.
