Shipping policy
At TitanChef we aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find our shipping policy, including delivery times and other important information.
1. Delivery times
1.1 Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium that are placed on working days before 3:00 pm are delivered the next working day.
1.2 Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium that are placed on a working day after 3:00 pm are delivered within two working days.
1.3 Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium that are placed on Friday after 3:00 pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, are delivered the following Tuesday.
1.4 At checkout you can choose between standard shipping and fast delivery via Trunkrs. With Trunkrs, orders placed on working days before 11:00 pm arrive the next working day (Netherlands and Belgium).
1.5 For orders to other EU countries, the delivery time is 2 to 9 working days, depending on the country. You will see the expected delivery time at checkout.
2. Shipping costs
2.1 Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is always free, regardless of the order value.
2.2 Shipping to most other EU countries is also free. For orders to Greece and Finland we charge shipping costs of €4.95.
2.3 You will always see the shipping costs at checkout, before you place your order.
3. Confirmation and tracking
3.1 As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
3.2 The shipping confirmation contains a tracking number with which you can follow your parcel.
4. Delivery area
4.1 We deliver to all countries within the European Union, except Malta and Cyprus.
4.2 Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are not possible at this time.
5. Delivery conditions
5.1 We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
5.2 Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. TitanChef is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Delivery problems
6.1 If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@titanchef.nl.
6.2 We will do our best to resolve any delivery problems as quickly as possible.
