Refund policy

Withdraw from the contract: you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You can do this easily online via our withdrawal and returns form, using only your order number and email address. You will receive a confirmation by email straight away. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.

At TitanChef we do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order free of charge in line with our returns and refund policy.

1. Return period

1.1 You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
1.2 The return period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the product.

2. Conditions for returns

2.1 The product must be returned unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
2.2 To process your return, we need proof of purchase. Please always include your order number with your return.
2.3 Some products cannot be returned, such as made-to-order or personalised items, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

3. How to return

3.1 Go to our returns portal.
3.2 Follow the instructions in the portal to register your return. You will need your order number and email address.
3.3 You will receive a confirmation of your return request by email, with further instructions.
3.4 Depending on your country and the reason for your return, we will either send you a free return label or refund you without asking you to send the product back. Our instructions will tell you which applies.

4. Return costs

4.1 Returns are free of charge. TitanChef covers the return costs.
4.2 If you receive a return label, please use it for your return shipment.

5. Refunds

5.1 Once we have received and checked your return, or approved your return request, we will let you know by email.
5.2 If your return meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
5.3 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return or approving your request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few days before the refund appears in your account.

6. Exceptions

6.1 The following items cannot be returned: personalised or made-to-order products, and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
6.2 Products that are damaged or no longer complete are not eligible for a full refund.
